Facebook and Instagram seem like the easiest things in the world. Post some pictures of my business and I’m all set. But, to do social media right, it takes a little more time and engagement.
I talk a lot about identifying your business’ “voice” on social media. For social media to work for your business, people need to engage. To engage with supporters will require content that makes them want to like, to share, to comment. All of the content in the world doesn’t matter if people are not interacting with it.
An important piece of your social media campaign is defining who your target customer is and who your ideal customer is and then creating campaigns that engage them.
